Take a ride on the historic El Paso tram (walking distance). UTEP, Medical Center and Downtown are just a 5 min drive. Located close to restaurants, nightlife and clubs. Take in the breathtaking views of El Paso on Scenic Dr. just a short drive away.

Our studio is equipped with refrigerated air so you can stay cool in the El Paso heat!

The property is good with only one flaw. The owner is terrific and communicates well. The issue is the construction of the bathroom. The toilet sits almost underneath the sink, making it very difficult to use for a person over 6 foot tall. With a bit of rework in the bathroom, this will be a terrific rental. Of course, for folks under 6 feet tall, the current bathroom is likely no problem.
