A proposito di questa hotel
The Kermit Guest House at Louis Park Hotel, named after New Orleans jazz legend Kermit Ruffins, is the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Located in the private, gated compound of Louis Park Hotel, this elegant guest house features soaring 11’ ceilings, a spacious king bedroom, and a separate living room with a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility.
The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower with premium Nexxus shampoo and conditioner, ensuring a luxurious and refreshing stay. Although the guest house does not include a kitchen, its central location in Treme places you just steps from Armstrong Park and three blocks from the French Quarter, offering easy access to New Orleans’ world-class dining and attractions.
Step outside to enjoy the serene outdoor spaces within the gated compound, perfect for relaxing after exploring the vibrant city. Whether you’re visiting for business, a romantic getaway, or a cultural adventure, the Kermit Guest House provides an unforgettable New Orleans experience steeped in jazz heritage and boutique luxury.
The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests.
Each guest house includes a microwave and coffee maker; a mini fridge, ice maker, and wine glasses are available on request.
