A proposito di questa hotel
Step into New Orleans history and charm at the Shorty Guest House, a tribute to jazz legend Milton “Shorty” Rogers. Located within the gated Louis Park Hotel compound, this elegant retreat is just steps from the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, offering guests the perfect mix of location, comfort, and classic New Orleans ambiance.
The Shorty Guest House features a spacious king bedroom with luxurious linens and exposed historic beams that reflect the building’s storied past. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, making this guest house ideal for couples, small families, or groups of up to four. The renovated bathroom offers a modern shower paired with premium Nexxus shampoo and conditioner as well as a bathtub ensuring comfort and relaxation during your stay.
Step outside to enjoy the beautifully landscaped courtyard and plenty of outdoor seating, perfect for soaking in the tranquil surroundings after a day of exploring the vibrant streets of New Orleans. Located in Treme, the birthplace of jazz, the Shorty Guest House offers unmatched access to music, culture, and world-class dining while providing a serene retreat in the heart of the city.
The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests.
Each guest house includes a microwave and coffee maker; a mini fridge, ice maker, and wine glasses are available on request.
