The Space:
Welcome to this chic 65 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on rue des Tournelles in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Need a cot or high chair? We can arrange it for your arrival — just let us know after booking:
- Baby cot — €50 for the stay
- High chair — €50 for the stay
- Both together — €70 for the stay
Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

The 3rd arrondissement forms the northern part of the historic Marais district, one of Paris’s most characterful and sought-after neighbourhoods. Known for its beautiful 17th-century architecture, independent boutiques, contemporary art galleries, and a strong community of designers and artisans, the Marais offers a lively mix of old and new. The neighbourhood is walkable, packed with great restaurants and cafés, and close to some of Paris’s best cultural venues including the Centre Pompidou and Place des Vosges.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Location was great. Close to bakeries (directly across the street), restaurants, groceries, wine shops, cheese store., etc. But also close to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, Louvre. The weather was ideal so we did walk everywhere but if you had to catch the metro it was close by. Felt very safe and relatively quiet within the apartment complex.

The actual property was not the same as advertised photos. Patio was not properly maintained for guest to enjoy. Water pressure on one of the bathroom was weak. Battery for the TV control was dead, the guest had no entertainment. Other than that I still give a good rating due to cleanliness.

Overall, we liked staying at the property, esp. in a popular area in central Paris. The area is gorgeous and safe. Groceries are accessible. The location for retrieving the key was not very convenient. I wish they had certain things like toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap in every bathroom. Make sure you are prepared to purchase essential toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, body soap and any spices for cooking /laundry detergent for clothing. Otherwise, it's very cute.

The property is great, central and clean. However the booking, payment and deposit process was a nightmare. Host is a separate company to vrbo, payment declined due to fraud, had to cancel my credit card, vrbo were no help, finally managed to pay, large deposit of 600 euros, 19 days since we checked out and still no deposit returned! Totally unacceptable
