Exceptional beach view.

The place was everything we were hoping for. It was very clean and spacious and even included the extra comforts of home like plenty of pillows and blankets and lots of beach toys. There were fully stocked pantry with the essentials including spices and zip lock bags. We were able to use a crock pot. There's an airfryer also. I used the keurig but there is also drip coffee maker. The host is great at communicating. And the view? Wonderful. The pictures in the reviews are accurate.

The condo was perfect for our needs, facilities were great - cannot fault it or the host. The location is great, right on the beach and high enough to give a fantastic view of the beach down to Canaveral. The pool is nothing special or scenic, but serves the purpose fine and was always quiet. Not much nightlife within walking distance, but that's true for most of Cocoa Beach - you need a car.

The exterior of The Diplomat is run down, dirty and in desperate need of total remodel. The stairwells are unsafe. Not only are they dark but the concrete steps are uneven, narrow and literally disintegrating. The unit itself was ok however, the WiFi was spotty and we could not access streaming services on the one TV. There was also only 1 key provided to access the beach, pool and laundry facility which made logistics incredibly difficult for 5 people on different schedules. The pull out couch mattress was stained as was some of the furniture. The host was very responsive but not always helpful. We shared that we couldn’t get the streaming to work on the TV and he said that everyone just watches cable so he wasn’t sure. It is 2026, people expect to be able to watch Netflix. On a positive note, the beachfront view is beautiful and it is easy to access the beach.
