A fabulous converted barn surrounded by olive trees. (7000 owned and harvested to make oil by the villa’s owner). Very kind people who live nearby, respond very swiftly to enquiries but leave you to your own devices. Very well equipped kitchen if you wish to self-cater. Car essential, very good nearby Coop in Caldine. Mario’s restaurant 2km brilliant and there is an excellent butchers next door. All in all a fabulous place. Thank you Paola

Would recommend this place for anyone to use. Great views from property and relatively easy access to Florence.

We have rented 4 different properties over 5 consecutive years. This one has been our favorite and we plan on returning. Paola ensures a positive experience and is very responsive. A car will be needed as the location is in the Toscana countryside. A train station and grocery store are 5 minutes away.

Clean and well kept villa. Large garden and patio area with bbq. Villa was modern with elements of wooden beams for additional character. Good basic kitchen facilities, open plan to dining and lounge area. 3 good double bedrooms one ensuite with another separate bathroom. Owners met us outside villa on our arrival at midnight! Nice touch. She had baked a cake and left some basic provisions. The position of villa meant shopping for food was only 5 minutes away . The train station was also close by with only an 11 minute journey into Florence. Fiesole was a charming suburb of Florence with some nice cafes and bars. Countryside is fantastic. Would 100% recommend this villa.
