Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.

We were "wow'ed" from the moment we arrived. The place is outstanding. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Multiple ice machines. Four refrigerators!! The bedrooms were great, beds super comfortable. Plenty of gear for the beach!! The pool was great. Absolute 10/10

We had such a wonderful stay at Here and Now. The house was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect setup for our group. Plenty of space to spread out while still feeling comfortable and inviting. The kitchen and living areas made it easy to gather and enjoy time together, and the location was ideal with easy access to the beach and nearby spots. The pool was perfect. You can tell a lot of care went into making this a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time all together so much! The house was perfect in size, offered us everything we needed and the pool was the perfect hangout spot! We will definitely look to book this property again. The Holt’s

The house was nicer than the photos can show. We had 17 people from 16 to 50 years old and there was still room to spare. There are alot of stairs but the elevator made it easy to get from floor to floor. We fished in the channel by the pool. The beach was about a 1 block walk to the public access . The house had chairs,umbrellas, boogie boards and a cart to pull it all to the beach. Very very impressed with the house. Cant wait to do it again.
