Awesome place, and great people. Really enjoyed the grilling/fire pit area outside. Would definitely stay again, the next time we're in Colorado Springs.

This is an outstanding property that I would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Ideal location near all major attractions in the area. Very clean, comfortable bed, quality linens and towels. Stackable washer drier which is nice to have. Fully stocked kitchen, nice coffee maker with pods, snack basket provided. This is a basement of a home and pet friendly. Do not let that scare you away. Property very clean, private entrance with own gate entrance to rental. Cooling unit keep space very cool. Owner quickly responded to questions we had. Highly recommend! Had a wonderful stay!

The entire basement apartment that is attached to the main home with the owner living there during our stay smelled so strongly of dog urine it was unbearable.
