A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Black Bear 8035 lets a family of up to six stay steps from the gondola without splurging on a multi-bedroom — smart layout, prime location.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- 2-minute walk to the River Run Gondola
- King bed plus a murphy bed and sofa sleeper
- Gas fireplace with slope and village views
- Shared hot tubs, fire pit, and fitness room
- EV charging at the garage
The flexible setup is the secret: parents take the view-filled bedroom, and at night the murphy bed folds down and the sofa opens up, turning the living room into the kids' bunkhouse. By morning it all disappears and the sunny living space is yours again, with the gas fireplace glowing and slope views out both windows.
Little legs love that the gondola is about two minutes away — no long trudges in ski boots — and the elevator means no wrestling gear up stairs. After skiing, choose between the hot tubs, the fire pit, or hot chocolate at the table for six while the game plays on TV.
With the village's ice rink, restaurants, and s'mores nights just below, plus mini golf and a playground for summer visits, this one earns repeat bookings. Bring the family to Black Bear 8035.
One vehicle parks free in the shared garage with the required permit.
