We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Rayo Del Sol. The house is well appointed and clean. The beds are comfortable. The elevator saved our knees over the course of the week instead of running up and down. The front rooms have excellent views of the Gulf and the back bedrooms have views of the bay. The rooftop was a favorite at sunset, enjoyed by grandparents, kids and grandkids alike. We also all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's also in a good location with a half mile walk to Bridge Street. The park at Coquina is very close and makes a refreshing place to walk offering shade and starts just a few steps away. We saw dolphins from the balconies and were feet away from manatees in the water. The water was so clear we had enjoyed the beach every day. We cooked most of our meals at the house and found the kitchen well stocked. Even the tv's were easy to use! I cannot think of anything we needed that wasn't available. The host was excellent communicating and answering questions. We had one issue with a door handle and they sent maintenance in a matter of hours to fix it. I highly recommend this house and plan to return again.

Home is lovely multilevel that is well stocked and perfect for multi-generation family use. There are excellent instructions available for all the tech (elevator, pool remote, TVs, blinds) and makes it easy for older family members to navigate stairs. Host company is easy to contact. The beach is beautiful & endless. The beach park trail is also gorgeous to the south, and close to the historic district to the north (less than half mile). Would definitely stay again. Mindful that the pool is mostly shaded, the beach is across the road (but there is a cross walk with light just feet away), and rooftop access is well secured.

I was only disappointed not knowing the original refrigerator in the kitchen was not working, but was replaced. Communication with your office was lacking..Other than that we all loved our visit. The location was fantastic! My older grandchildren could walk to town while we were able to sit on the upper deck and enjoy the beautiful sunsetsI celebrated my 85th birthday and enjoyed every minute!! See you for my 86th!!
