There are 12.97 acres of beautiful West Virginia Rolling hills and Woodland to explore. Please remain within the fence line of the property. Walk the nature trail through the Woodlands at the top of the mountain. Caution travel at your own risk nature is as dangerous as it is beautiful West Virginia has a vast wild life population act wisely . The Woodlands on the lower portion of the property or unexplored. Our rural community is centrally located to multiple Adventure companies, State parks, Historical Tours, shopping and dining.
The driveway is steep and it is not recommended during inclement weather without 4 wheel drive. Additional parking spots have been added at the top of the driveway.
There are three security cameras in use on the property. Two are ring doorbells. The first is on the right outside corner of the front porch. The second is on the left outside corner of the back deck.The third is mounted on right front corner or the roof, it is adjustable to view the driveway top to bottom.
