You’ll be minutes from Brown’s Island, The National Theatre, Quirk Hotel, The Jefferson, Altria Theatre, Siegel Center, ICA, VMFA, CenterStage, and the Science Museum. This neighborhood is one of Richmond’s most desirable, surrounded by top restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and cultural destinations.

Guest Access & House Rules
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property
• No visitors or hosted events
• No parties
• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes
Guests enjoy a private condominium with controlled access through the building’s rear entrance.
All guests are greeted in person upon arrival and must present a valid government-issued ID and send a confirmation message through the VRBO platform.
Closed-circuit security cameras monitor all building entrances.

• Standard check-in: 3:00–6:00 PM
• Late check-in (6:00–10:00 PM): $30 (48-hour notice required; subject to staffing availability)
• After 10:00 PM: $20 per 30 minutes or fraction thereof
• Early check-in (when available): $20

Several paid parking options are located behind the building.
• Free street parking: weekends only (Friday 4 PM – Monday 8 AM, unless posted otherwise)
• City lot: $8 per 12 hours
• Daily, monthly, or long-term parking available via cityparkingonline.com (search “Monroe Ward”)
⚠️ Do not park in spaces painted white, marked “TR,” or labeled “Reserved”—vehicles may be towed.

Great condo - Close to everything, clean, quiet, plenty of space, and really comfortable! Easy, friendly and helpful check-in! Will definitely stay here again!

The door to the condo doesn’t lock from the outside. The owner knows that and should get it fixed. I had to take my laptop and store it in my car when I was out each day at work.
