***Construction Notice: This unit is part of Phase 4 of the exterior spall repair and painting project, scheduled from 5/3/2027 - 5/13/2027. During this time, the lanai will be locked for your safety and will not be accessible and lanai furniture will be kept inside the condo. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. Guests may experience construction noise during work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that the schedule is subject to change. We recommend contacting us prior to arrival for the most current project updates. The overall building project is anticipated to be completed in July 2027.

Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Gym access is available through the hotel - daily, weekly and monthly rates are available. Please inquire with the hotel's front desk for more information.
Marina Hawaii Vacations has been offering fully furnished condo rentals since 1965. When you book directly with us, you can rest assured knowing we offer only legal vacation rentals in Waikiki and the surrounding areas. Our condos are individually owned. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, occasional construction or maintenance may occur and are outside the owner's control. Work is typically scheduled Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience minimal disruption, as many spend their days exploring Oahu. For more information or any questions, please contact us.

This review covers both the management company and the room.
The Ilikai Hotel is a beautiful iconic building. It is located close to the beach, lagoon and shopping. The lanai captured the rising sun and a 45° view of the lagoon and ocean. The room had all the accessories needed for a comfortable month and a half stay. After our first week we washed the sheets and mattress cover. There was a large stain on the mattress rendering it unsanitary and a total loss. I believe the owner and the management company were both unaware of the issue.
The management company immediately moved us to a new unit. I give Marina Hawaii Vacations the highest five star rating. They agreed that the mattress needed to be replaced. The owner lives out of country and was notified. By the time I was notified that the window for comments was closing the mattress had not been replaced. This problem is a simple fix. Upon replacement of the mattress, I am sure the management company will follow up with a reply of said replacement. I found in dealing with the management company that they had integrity and managed with a responsibility to both tenant and owner. I trust the word of the management company. Upon replacement of the mattress this negative comment will be a moot point.
