Stay in the heart of New Orleans! This 4-bedroom, 4-bath unit is perfect for families or groups. All bedrooms have king beds with private ensuites. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and 65” smart TV; each bedroom has a 55” TV. Full kitchen, dining area, stacked washer/dryer, clothing steamer, and private patio included.
Guests enjoy the shared rooftop pool & hot tub (8am–10pm, weather permitting). Non-smoking; vaping allowed in designated area on 9th floor.

Our arrival and departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay. Upon booking, please provide an updated phone number and email address.

We are also a mile from the Amtrak (train) and Greyhound (bus) Stations. The Eleanor is located on a streetcar line, and we recommend downloading the Le Pass RTA app and getting a Jazzy Pass for getting around the city.
We are located above a separately owned parking garage with a second surface lot just to the rear of our building. Their prices are generally $20-$30/24 hours (unless you’re coming over a special event or festival). The garage is Park First Saratoga Garage #1025. And the surface lot is ParkMobile Zone 50408.

Our stay at the Eleanor was great. The location was perfect walking distance for our group activities. The place was very clean and spacious. The 4 bathrooms was a plus. We appreciated the concierge service availability. We did not use , but the upper level pool and hot tub can use some upgrading. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and spacious. Sometimes noise in alley and sirens woke us up, but realize there’s nothing that can be done about that.charcuterie tray was a nice surprise.

The property is exactly as described. It’s in a perfect location close to everything you could want. It was perfect for our group of 8 and each room having its own bathroom is an awesome perk

We stayed here as part of a girls trip. We had a fabulous time. The condo was as advertised, beautiful. It was comfortable, clean and nicely located to everything we wanted to do. It was on a bus line and street car line. While the garage isn't part of the condo building, the ease of getting our car when we needed was great. Would absolutely stay here again.
