Location! Walk to Vanderbilt Beach, just 700 feet away! Enjoy a heated rooftop pool, easy beach access, and a prime location with walkable dining options. Only 1 mile to shops and dining/entertainment at Pavilion, Mercato and Pelican Bay. Studio/1Bedroom, 1 Bath. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, in unit washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, covered parking, screened lanai, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Great place to relax and enjoy Florida winter weather!
The space:
There is one queen bed, closet, and bathroom separated from the kitchen/living room. Stacked washer/dryer are ready for your use. High speed internet and smart tv included. Linens, toiletries, towels, beach chairs and towels, umbrella cooler, all for your use.
Guest access:
Rooftop pool, elevators and covered parking area.
Construction Notice:
Please note that a large, multi-year construction project is underway in the surrounding Vanderbilt Beach area, including nearby Ritz-Carlton Residences. While there is no construction taking place on this property, guests should expect ongoing activity/noise 7-6pm Mon-Sat , which may include audible daytime noise and construction-related traffic in the area. This is an active project expected to continue through 2026, and pricing has been adjusted accordingly. Access to the property remains easy, and the street is open to local traffic.

The condo is well equipped, the location is great, the neighbors friendly, and we were prepared for the construction. The condo is an easy walk to the beach; the rooftop pool was clean with ample seating; and the area is great for walking and biking. But we did have some issues with the condo itself.
On Saturday (move in day) we got a call from the owner stating that she had an issue with the previous tenant and we could not get in until Sunday. No specifics were given and the owner put us up in an alternative VRBO property for Saturday night. We understand that things happen, but the house we stayed at was dirty, not well equipped and we had to sleep on the lower half of a bunk bed. We appreciate the effort, but the accommodations were not at all how we wanted to start our vacation.
Then on Sunday, we moved to this condo, where the Internet connection was not reliable and the security was weak. If you depend on Internet for work or daily responsibilities, this may not be the right place for you. The bathroom sink was clogged and extremely slow. The shower had small piles of sand accumulated around the edges of the floor and there were 6-7 bottles of previous tenants' shampoos and soaps on the floor. The TV connection was spotty and there was trash from previous tenants in the beach chair cup holders. The roof pool was nice, but the spa was not operational.
I provided this information to the owner within a few days of our departure and got neither a response nor an offer to compensate us for these issues, so I am comfortable sharing in this review.
