Looking for the Downtown experience? You're less than a 20-minute drive to the Gaslamp Quarter, the city's cultural hub. Here, you've got a vibrant dining and bar scene, Little Italy, Seaport Village, the Maritime Museum, the USS Midway, and the San Diego Convention Center

Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around the rest of San Diego. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!
Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
Interaction with Guests:
Although we provide self-check in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay! For the fastest response - pls message us through the Airbnb / VRBO app.

This place was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect—just minutes from downtown—so it was super convenient to get around and explore. The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and set up perfectly for groups, with plenty of room to relax and hang out together. Everything was clean and well taken care of, which made it feel like home right away. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—definitely a 10/10 experience and we’d love to come back!

Amazing house, far more than we needed, but we did enjoy it very much! Close to many amenities, but just far enough off the busy streets to feel quiet and safe. My kids will remember playing hide and seek in this amazing house for the rest of their lives!

Property was clean and accurate as described in the listing. It's reasonably well located next to the some places within walking distance for good food and access to the highway. It's about 15-25 minutes from anything you'd want to do in Balboa or Downtown San Diego. No major problems with neighbors or parking.There were some minor problems with the doorpad either running out of power or not responding to touch. Host was fast to respond and diagnose the issue over the messaging app. There are a few wild-ish chickens in the neighborhood and one made a home on the grill in the backyard, so it would sometimes peak through windows of the bedrooms. Some bugs in the house at night, including cockroaches, but nothing that didn't seem unmanageable if the property owners fixed it after our stay.
