Nestled on a sunny lot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this home offers breathtaking west shore views of Lake Tahoe and Mt. Tallac. It combines the quaint feel of Old Tahoe cabins with the comfort of modern amenities.
The open living concept features a 10-seat dining table and bar seating into the kitchen, making it perfect for gatherings. When it starts to get cold, cozy up in the living room with the warmth of a gas fireplace. Step outside onto the spacious deck, complete with a hot tub perfect for relaxing while taking in the mountain lake views.
This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps 11 and is an excellent choice for multiple families or a group of friends. One bedroom is located on the main level, while the three others are upstairs with various bed configurations, ensuring everyone has a restful sleep.

Tahoe City is perched on the shore of Lake Tahoe at the headwaters of the Truckee River (Lake Tahoe's only outlet). Enjoy four-star dining, homegrown coffee shops, shopping, galleries, and a leisurely stroll through town on the lake view boardwalk any time of year.
Commons Beach is Tahoe City's four acre public park on the lake, popular for sunbathing, swimming, and picnicking. Group picnic sites and children's playgrounds are located within a large lakefront grass and sand area. Bike and watercraft rentals are available within walking distance of the beach.
During the ski season, you are just 15 minutes from Palisades Tahoe has a shuttle that runs continuously between the base area of Olympic Valley & Alpine Meadows when both resorts are open for operations, weather, and traffic permitting.
POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. While the driveway is very flat, Pioneer Dr. can be considered steep and therefore, 4WD or chains are highly suggested during the winter months.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.

We really appreciated the lake views from the deck as we relaxed in the hot tub or fired up the grill. The inside also had plenty of space to accommodate our big group. It’s also a great location being close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the truckee river. Overall had a great time and would recommend.

This property is in a great location, walkable to Commons beach, restaurants and shops in Tahoe City. The pictures of the property are accurate.

We had a wonderful week in Tahoe city, enjoying the town and the local ski resorts.

Property was good value give location, not accustomed to walking over compacted snow upon arrival and having to purchase scouring pads burnt grease off pots and pans, requested property management to provide cleaning supplies and hot tub chemicals and to repair bathroom mirror which was coming out of frame. They just apologized and did nothing. Location was great for Palisades skiing, property meet all expectations for price point, property management could improve on customer service.
