Beach view was great. Building was somewhat dated but interior of the condo was good. Beach was busy on our one good weather day, surprised beach wasn’t cleaned of seaweed. Amenities in the condo were adequate but the bare minimum, less than most condos or other rentals at the beach or elsewhere.

This is a beautiful property with an amazing view! My husband and I enjoyed the feeling of security, the ease of check in, and the sound of waves from our balcony! Extremely easy beach access was great! The property was clean and amenities as expected. We would recommend this property to anyone that wants safe parking, feeling secure on property, enjoys listening to the surf, and wants a fabulous view!

Needs TLC.The unit location was great with amazing view but that’s about it as for the actual unit and its contents. Overall, needs a refresh of the decor. Many other things were below par such as: not much light in the bathroom for using the mirror, only 5 hangars in closet / none in the wardrobe, dining chandelier had bare bulbs, shower hot/cold controls reversed, interior doors could barely close, and a rug tripping hazard in living room.
