Beach view was pretty! Condo was exactly like listed and was a very quiet area! The only down fall would be there is so many beach chair sets up that it makes the beach much more crowded than it should be. Overall would stay again!

We have stayed in Sandestin a few times, and this was our first time at Beachside 2. Overall it was a good condo. The location was great, the pool was great, the unit was on the 6th floor which had a good view, the amenities were good, decorations were attractive, and the kitchen seemed well stocked. The furniture was quite worn, the master bed was not sturdy, and there was visible black mold around the door outside on the balcony. The commode was shockingly loud filling up after flushing, and the air conditioning was also very loud when running (but thankfully worked very well and we stayed very comfortable). We were evacuated twice during our 5 night stay, once for an elevator fire and once due to someone pulling the alarm unnecessarily. We used the stairwell more than the elevator throughout our stay as one was not working often and waiting for one was a challenge even when all were working, for this reason being on the 6th floor was convenient enough for my family to just take the stairs.

Reviewer Comments:
Had a Great time but some time spent 20 to 30 minutes waiting on being able to get on an elevator. Just very aggravating and made trips coming and going from the room difficult. I would not recommend due to the elevator situation.
