We give this beach property 5 stars! This is perhaps the most beautiful townhouse in Prominence, the newest beach community on 30a. The 2nd floor unit is designed with comfortable elegance in mind, our two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse is perfectly located just steps from the tropical swimming pool. For a truly memorable beach vacation, treat yourself to a respite at this delightfully convenient and professionally designed beach town house.
"Gracefully stylish" describes the decor with soft, understated colors of the sea and hardwood floors throughout. Our living area is designed with 10 foot ceilings, and is furnished with generous comfy seating, a large HDTV, and access to a walk-out balcony through french doors. The dining table seats 4-5 guests, and there is additional bar seating for 3-4. The chef in your group will be delighted with our gourmet style kitchen which offers the newest stainless appliances, including a 5 burner gas stove.
The luxurious master bedroom features a king bed, HDTV and a walk-in closet. Just a step away is the spa-like master bathroom with a double vanity and an oversized shower. The bunk room is handsomely furnished with two double beds and a twin trundle. For unexpected guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. For your convenience, the laundry room features a full size washer and dryer. *Please note: there is parking only for one car.
Beach Access: Take the LSV and spin on over to the sugar white sand. For guests who prefer to walk or ride a bicycle to the beach, there is a sidewalk path. Strollers and wagons are welcome on the boardwalk, and guests may bring their own umbrellas and beach chairs. Closest beach access is less than 1 mile from this unit.
The Town of Prominence is located on Highway 30a between Seagrove and Alys Beach. Guests enjoy easy access to a beautiful Town Center and a resort style pool. The state of the art swimming complex offers a tropical style swimming pool, hammocks, an outdoor dining area, and two gas grills for guest's use. ''The Chill30a” is the community's town center and features restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater with a covered event pavilion, a cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for concerts and events. From HOA: *Prominence neighborhood restrictions begin at 9 PM for age 18 & under; minors must be accompanied by an adult while on Prominence property during times when curfew is active. The 2026 Curfew Dates are Established as:

September 4th thru September 7th
October 9th thru October 18th
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

We loved our stay as a family with three kids under 6 years old. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach or when beach conditions were not as favorable. Host was very responsive and helpful. Being within walking distance of the Big Chill was such an advantage as well. Having the golf cart to travel around 30A and to and from the beach was perfect. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we can’t wait for our next trip back to the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Check-in was simple with everything being sent via text/email. We really loved the golf cart and used to it go to dinner, the pool, and beach. We opted to use the beach access at Deer Lake State Park during our trip. It was less than a mile from the property with parking, restrooms, and a shower. There were several beach chairs, boogey boards, umbrellas, and beach toys in the garage for use, which was really nice. The pool is very nice as well. While we spent most of our time at the beach, we did enjoy sitting at the pool a couple of afternoons while having some drinks and hanging out. The only drawback to the pool area is that it opens late (10AM) and closed fairly early (6PM) so the kids didn’t enjoy night swims like they usually do while we’re on vacation. The townhome was very clean and had a nice beachy decor theme. The only minor thing that we noticed was the lack of sitting space in the living area. There is one small sofa and an arm chair, so there wasn’t really enough space for the entire family to relax and watch a movie or hang out comfortably. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and its proximity to several great places along 30A. We would stay here again.

I was very disappointed when we arrived to the townhouse. It was filthy! There was food crumbs all over the floors, countertops, inside the cabinets and breakfast table. The dishwasher had dirty utensils. The master bathroom floor and shower were covered in hairs. The golf cart also needs maintenance, it sounds squeaky and the brakes need some work. What I did like about the townhouse is great location and the swimming pool.
