It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), heat pump heating, air conditioning, seasonal community+children's pool, open-air parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 2 TVs, Smart TV, iron , ceiling fan in bedroom.
The American vitroceramic kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The delivery of the keys and the check-in take place at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

Location was perfect, everything was amazing!! Property was nice and clean and everything you could need! For the price paid it was well worth it me and my friends would stay again
Pool wasnt in season we were unaware before we booked, however still would recommend the pool opens in june, the lift is really outdated and a little bit scary

The location was good. The beds were comfy. The shower was great.
The fact that we were visited by a cockroach - and there was no spray to kill it 😳. No parking space available either on siteon the street, which is now metered.
