Holidays require a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM Guest house available to rent if available. see below. enjoy all the river has to offer salmon steelhead trout depending on the time of year great base location to Traverse City Frankfort Lake Michigan other rivers Crystal Mountain Ski Resort and golf.

We had the best weekend at this home! The most comfortable beds we have ever slept on at a Vrbo. The house was perfect- had everything we needed in the location we wanted. The view from the living room was incredible— looking right out at the river. The pictures didn’t really show the living room seating so I was a bit nervous, but the couch comfortably sat our family of 5. House was stocked with all the basics and even had board games for our kids. Everything in the home was even more beautiful in person, and communication with the host was excellent too. We will definitely be coming back!

Check-in was very easy and simple…we gave Chris a code and he made that the front door code!The location was great too…most everything we wanted to do was between 20-45 minutes from the Betsie River Home.We really enjoyed Frankfort and also the dinning around our location was great too!

Everything was nice as advertised. Two improvements would include making the address visible from street ( may have been barried under snow pile) and disclose snow removal frequency and responsibility during winter months.
