Welcome to Sunset Rocks - a newly renovated waterfront property in Egg Harbor! Your family will enjoy hours of outdoor fun and breathtaking views of the sunset each night. After dark, gather around the fire pit nestled among the rocks on the shore line to roast marshmallows for s’mores while sharing laughs around a good old fashioned campfire.
You will be tempted to spend all your time outdoors, however, a cozy home awaits you. Step inside and walk into the inviting Great Room with vaulted ceilings, beautiful new white oak wood floors, and huge windows that welcome in the sun and panoramic views of the bay. A brand new well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island with counter seating is part of an open floor plan that extends into the dining and living areas. A large screen TV and shelves full of games in the living area provides the perfect place for your group to relax after a day in the sun!
Just off the Great Room is the primary bedroom furnished with a King Size Bed. The sliding glass doors bring in the stunning lake views, while also providing access to its own patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a brand new bathroom, featuring a double sink with a marble countertop and a large walk-in shower.
Two newly carpeted bedrooms on the opposite side of the Great Room share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size Bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a Full/Twin bunk bed. Those of you who will be here for an extended stay will appreciate having a full laundry room equipped with a brand new washer and dryer.
While you may want to spend all your time at Sunset Rocks, don’t miss out on all that Door County has to offer. Starting with the Town of Egg Harbor north on Bay Shore Drive, both sides of the peninsula are dotted with villages along the waterfront each with its own charm and appeal. Wonderful property with fabulous views of the sunsets over the water while pelicans float by and cranes wander the rocky shore.Very quiet property location and neighbors. Having grown up with lake houses on the bay side, this property uniquely enjoyed very little boat traffic. The boats coming from sturgeon bay tend to head south and the boats from egg harbor head north leaving a very tranquil bay experience at the property.Everything was very clean, organized, fully stocked, and convenient.We canceled a dinner reservation our last night just to enjoy another night in at the property with the sunset.

The house was beautiful -very light and open. The view was wonderful and sitting by the water watching the sunset was delightful. We would go back in a heartbeat.

This is a beautiful property inside and out. The house is well-appointed and comfortable — a great layout for families. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunsets and just gazing out over the water (ping pong table in the garage was loads of fun when it rained.) Convenient location — it seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was just a short drive away. Communication with Brenda was great. We loved our stay here!

We had a lovely time at the house—great for a family or small group stay. Location between little towns is convenient, good outdoor waterfront seating, and excellent kitchen facilities for cooking and dining. Our only critique is that the listing stated two queen beds and one king; however, there was a double bed in place of a queen. Otherwise, we recommend.
