Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, backyard, hot tub, and boat dock. The jet skis and 2 additional lifts are not available for guests to use. The boat lift is available for guest usage.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located on the Colorado River on Lake LBJ. There are local restaurants and wineries such as Perisso's nearby as well as several outdoor activities such as Longhorn Cavens, Inks Lake State Park, Spider Mountain and many more places to explore in the Texas Hill Country.
Getting Around:
There is no public transportation available. Guests will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or around to local attractions.
Other Things to Note:
Please Note: There are exterior security cameras located on this property. No cameras face into the house or look into interior spaces.
DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
Before beginning the reservation process, please check your card’s daily spending limit to make sure the full reservation amount can be processed. This can help prevent declined payments or delays when completing your booking.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
Guests must be 25 years old to book this property.

Great lake house and great hosts. This was our second time staying and we will return again.

Beautiful house, however, we had a miserable first night because the AC conked out. It was in the low 90’s outside so it was unbearably warm inside. Additionally, the neighbors living 2 houses away played music till almost 11pm for 2 nights in a row! We enjoyed the high quality furniture, appliances, and comfortable beds. The lake view was lovely and we were visited by a flock of swans. The backyard lawn was open and spacious but the patio requires some power-washing and the hot tub area requires a few repairs. The kitchen was well-stacked but recommend adding some frying pans; there were very large pots and pans for big families.

This place was amazing, but what was even better was the communication with the host. Every question I asked the responded to extremely fast. We have stayed in newer houses on LBJ, but this one felt like a LAKE house, which is the experience we want. House was clean, had everything we needed, and everything went seamlessly.The only thing I noticed someone else say is that this area gets very busy so unless you lift your boat, you need large bumpers or your boat will get tossed around at the dock. The only real slight negative aspect I would have is the kids cove area gets warm, they have extra fans with mini ac units, however if it were really hot it might be uncomfortable. All in all still one of the best rentals we’ve had.

The home was perfect. The setup was exactly what we needed to accommodate our large group. The location of the property was also the perfect spot on the water.
When we arrived there were two trash bins outside just to the edge of driveway. Both were overflowing with trash and the trash cans were covered in maggots. We contacted the property manager and were told this would be handled immediately. This was not handled until 10pm the next day. Even after they came to pick up the trash, one of the trash bins was left full.
There were two outside gathering areas. One of the decks above the boat dock was such a nice area, however, there were spider webs everywhere. There were also spider webs and spiders all down by the dock getting into the water. There were also spider webs and spiders all around the hot tub area.
