Syringa House is set up for the way families actually vacation: two separate living areas so the kids can have movie night while the adults unwind, smart TVs in all bedrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen for the nights you'd rather stay in.
After a day at Brundage or the Little Ski Hill, come back to the pellet stove and heated bathroom floors. We start you with a full hopper of pellets, enough for 2–3 days on low.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Bedroom 4: Twin trundle (2 twin beds, best for kids or teens)
Sleeps up to 8 guests.
A few things guests consistently love:
• Two living rooms, so adults and kids can each do their own thing
• About a 5-minute walk to Third Street and 10 minutes to Payette Lake
• Pellet stove and heated floors in every bathroom
• Room to park 5 cars, or 2 trucks with snowmobile trailers
• Fully stocked kitchen and spice cabinet
• Washer and dryer
• Dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi
• Dog-friendly: up to 2 dogs, $100 pet fee
• Coffee maker with drip and K-cup
• Self check-in with keypad

Absolutely loved the inside of this house! Beautiful! We especially enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the FLOOR WARMERS in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the 2 living rooms gave us lots of space. We also enjoyed watching all of the deer roaming the neighborhood. Great stay!

Great home and within walking distance to downtown which was nice! We enjoyed the gas fire pit in the evening
