With an area of 75 square meters and a capacity of up to 6 people, this property is very special, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center.
The living room is connected to a fully-equipped kitchen in shades of white, whose fusion with the lounge has been meticulously crafted. It features a beautiful sofa that easily converts into a bed for two adults and a charming indoor terrace with a vertical garden, ideal for a family breakfast. It also has two spacious bedrooms decorated with meticulous care, perfect for those seeking privacy and relaxation.
The master bedroom has queen-size beds (190x150 cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds joined together in the same room. Finally, the property has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.

La atención excelente por parte de recepcion ,que te guarden las maletas hasta que te vas así puedes aprovechar despues de tu hora de salida del alojamiento.... y la calidad de toda la estancia es excepcional.

If you’re looking to be where everything is happening, close to all sights, shopping, restaurants then this is a great location. If you want a more peaceful stay I recommend not staying in the Centro area as early morning partygoers will wake you up with the noise and revelling. Reception staff were very responsive and understanding. Very helpful and never ignored any request. They tried to fix any problems that arose. Apartment needs repairs, shower leaks and the floor is literally rotting from water getting under the laminate. According to the property managers this was to be repaired after our long stay departure. The outdoor table and chairs is not useable at all. Laundry hanging from apartments above and debris falling make it unusable. Looks great but that’s the extent of it. Apartment was showing some wear and tear, needs a refresh. Aside from all that don’t let that scare you away. It’s a prime location.
