Nicely furnished and maintained. This condo is located across the street from the beach. It has dedicated beach access(sand path). A short walk will have you enjoying the pristine white sandy beach and watching the Gulf waves roll in within minutes.
This sweet condo has lots of accessories, including: Keurig coffee maker, beach wagon, umbrella and chairs, phone chargers, etc. The complex has a very tropical setting and is nicely landscaped. There is a great swimming pool and gazebo area with BBQ grills. This property is conveniently located to shopping areas, restaurants and entertainment.
Two elevators and dedicated parking adds to the convenience of this great property.

Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, TV, Private Bathroom
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, TV
A sofa bed is located in the living room.

Everything was just amazing. The location is great: a couple of minutes walk to the beach and half an hour walk to the center. Excellent apartments, fully equipped. I was especially pleased with the kitchen - there are absolutely all the appliances and utensils for cooking!

I have stayed with Bender several times at other properties. This property is just not for us. Parking was terrible with a mid-size truck. We had to pull up and back several times when entering and leaving. Beach access is not terrible, just uncomfortable crossing a busy highway with kids. I will book with Bender again, just not this property.
