Top level:
Upon arrival, you'll be captivated by the property's beautiful curb appeal and the gentle ocean breezes that grace the area. This house features a spacious, open floor plan, designed to maximize living space and natural light. The living area is adorned with large windows offering panoramic views of the natural beauty. The large kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and a center island as a focal point for culinary endeavors. It seamlessly flows into the dining area, creating an inviting space for entertaining family and friends. There is a wet bar and a half bathroom on this level.
Middle Level:
The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful retreat. The master suite, with its private balcony, offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere with a king bed. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower ( jacuzzi tub currently inoperable). You'll also find an additional bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. A third bedroom on this level boasts 2 Queens and 2 Twins (bunk style) with a full-size bathroom, and the fourth bedroom has a King bed, full-size bathroom, and access to the deck.
Bottom Level:
The rec room has a Sleeper Sofa and a foosball table. For convenience, there is also a full-size bathroom.
Step outside, and you'll discover an oasis of relaxation. The home features a spacious deck to enjoy stunning sunrises and the soothing sound of the nearby waves. The walkway right off the back deck is easy to access the recently re-nourished beach with lots of room to set up for your beach days!

Our 2nd time at this beach house. Proximity to the beach is outstanding! We always enjoy the large deck overlooking the sea & sand. Can't beat each bedroom having an ensuite bathroom. We spent alot of time around the large dining room table eating, playing games & enjoying time with our family. Already have a reservation for next year!!!

We loved our location right on the beach, incredible views of the ocean from the back rooms and the decks. Large well-furnished rooms, comfortable beds, each bedroom has en-suite bathroom. Well-stocked kitchen. Loved the wet bar and jacuzzi. House interior needs cosmetic updating, needs new screens on sliding doors. Price was very reasonable. Wish there were a few basics in the kitchen, at least salt and pepper! All in all a great value!

We can't wait to come back. Loved the open concept with gorgeous views, the sound of the ocean 24/7, proximity to shops in Duck, but not crammed in with a crowd of houses and people. Great location, great house, great views (even the hot tub had a view!). Our dogs LOVED it, too. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds and pillows were VERY comfortable, and even the towels were soft!

The ocean views and beach access are 5 stars. The house itself needs some updating and editing. We have rented a different house for next year because of this.
