This brand new two story townhouse is modern and spacious with a lift between each floor.
Beautifully furnished with guests in mind, it will be easy to relax and hard to leave.
Located in the very sought after Nga Roto Estate – you are only a short drive from town centre, or a quick stroll to the lake.
Very close walking distance to The Landing – where you will find a newly built indoor entertainment centre with Tenpin bowling, kids multi-level playground, Bounce trampoline park, and arcades, plus The Cave Virtual Reality Studio, Cafe Lacus, Mavericks Restaurant, outdoor mini-golf and more. There is something for everyone.
Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms including ensuite, gas fire place, heat-pump/air-con on each level, open plan living/dining and kitchen (with butlers pantry) and a charming deck where you can fire up the Weber and enjoy a wine in the sun.
Downstairs offers a second smaller living area between the bedrooms. This area has a second TV and a sofa-bed. The internal garage (fully insulated) has a set of bunks which is a single bed over a double bed.

Master bedroom: 1x Super King
Bedroom 2: 2x Singles (Can be made up as a Super King on request)
Bedroom 3: 1x Queen
Second living area: 1x Sofa bed (Recommended for children only)
The internal garage (fully insulated) has a set of bunks which is a single bed over a double bed .
If you require the 2x Single beds to be made as a king bed, or if you require bedding for the sofa bed, please let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
House Rules & Information:
Off street parking for up to 2 cars + garage space for 1 car
Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
Please note: A 2.9% surcharge is charged on all credit/debit card transactions.

We liked cleanliness of the house. It is spacy and really nice. All things worked well. Altogether we had wonderful time in house and in Taupo

Awesome stay I’ve stayed twice now, I’d replace the TV if I was you though, can’t access chromcast yet. Other than that, beauty!

House fabulous, had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and tidy. Communication with the property managers was great, easy to communicate with.
From our point of view the only downside the road noise if your wanting to sit outside, but it wouldn’t deter us from staying at the property again.
