We had a good trip in ST. John for sure. The Resort was nice with tropical trees. The unit was clean, was as shown in the pictures, has all the basics, except curtains, which means you can’t sleep in and deep when morning light come through. No washer and drier either, so packing light is not an option. The ocean view was nice, but there were only four front upper window panels with clear glass, the rest windows were frosted, so you can’t see the whole ocean unless you open the windows, but it was too hot to keep the windows open. The unit is ocean front, but no beach areas. We went out every day for different beaches for our kids.
One thing, really need to be aware is that the price on VRBO is only for one or two people to stay in this 4 people unit. You need to pay additional substantial fee per person per night if you come with a family.
