Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. My husband and I stayed a week 05/04/26. The unit was very clean with a spectacular view of the gulf. It had all the basic necessities and location was close to some of our favorite restaurants. Walking distance on the beach to Coastal Restaurant. Nearby grocery and liquor stores. Fast elevators and more than 1 pool or hot tub. Would definitely go back!

We had a quick 3 night visit to Orange Beach and this condo was a lovely landing pad. The interiors were very well done and well maintained. We had a couple issues and the maintenance team was very responsive and handled them efficiently. The Walmart across the street and Publix & Starbucks a 10 min walk away were very convenient. The kitchen is stocked with LOTS of plates, glasses and cookware. And the ice maker is convenient. Be aware there are no food storage containers or plastic wrap for handling leftovers. The beds and furniture are comfortable. You can sit on the couch and have great views of the ocean and the beach below.It was the end of spring break and the property's 3 outdoor pools and 2 hot tubs weren't crowded, though it was cloudy and windy most days we were there. Very family friendly crowd and the beach out front wasn't crowded. Definitely not the college aged spring break crowd, if that's a concern for you.
