Stroll through downtown, visit the CSU campus, or unwind in nearby parks and natural areas. After a day of adventure, relax in the inviting living space, enjoy the split-bedroom layout for added privacy, and soak in the private hot tub in the backyard!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Backyard with a private hot tub, BBQ grill and picnic area. Easy access to Old Town and the Poudre River Trail with our complimentary bicycles!
INDOOR LIVING: 50” Smart TV in living room, dining table with seating for 6, board games, children's books, laptop-friendly workspace
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom on each level. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/ironing board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: There is a dedicated parking space on the side of the home. Street parking is heavily regulated.

No smoking
No pets allowed
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Quiet Hours 10 PM to 7 AM
NOTE: There is a $35/day hot tub service and heating charge if hot tub is used.

This was a great house with an awesome location, very walkable to get coffee or food, can be downtown in minutes walking! Only thing is the listing states 9 guests, I’m not sure that would work, we had 7 and the living room seats were full and all beds were used, mainly just post that to let others plan. We will definitely use this house again!

We had a great time in beautiful Ft Collins at the Peterson Street Retreat. The house was clean and the listing accurate. The location is perfect, close to Old Town and Colorado State University. The host is communicative and available to answer any questions.
