Well equipped kitchen w/ new stove range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven ,keurig coffee maker, wine cooler, Jacuzzi bathtub, smart tv, Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu and free Wi-Fi.

Keyless entry for easy access & late arrivals.
Less than 2 miles from either highway I-40/I-27, One mile downtown, & 1 mile Route 66.
The guest house is perfect for passing through or extended stays.
The access to the Guest House has its own entrance from Clover Drive.
Enjoy the adjacent outdoor private yard for morning coffee or relaxing at night around the fire pit.
Equipped with patio furniture, grill, and more.

My stay was great! Perfect location for a traveling worker. Very private and safe. The manager is delightful. Need I say more?!!

This is a very nice little property in mid-Amarillo. Nice and clean. Newly remodeled. Everything you need. Much better than a hotel, which are also costly. We would stay here again. Host was immediately responsive to text messages.
