Nice room. Beautiful new property.

The check in attendant and process was less than welcoming. Rather than a friendly face, the desk clerk seemed frustrated and unsure how to proceed. Not a professional appearance. Digital information to click yes or not to rather than a human who explains the facility is less than warm and cozy. Where's the oatmeal for breakfast.

It was clean and looked to be brand new. The customer service was great!

The breakfast was subpar. And the gent working in the breakfast area was a bit aggressive about the consumers touching things. It made it hard to sit back and enjoy the food. I don’t think it was I’ll intended.

Two cars broken into.. Not only did the damage all the windows they were able to get a cell phone and hack into all our accounts. The hotel should make customers aware that there is a huge problem in that area!

The breakfast had a very good variety. The gentleman responsible for the breakfast area was great--helpful, always cleaning and stocking the counter. The entire facility was clean. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Our experience was great.

Nice newer facility. Great breakfast, nicely presented, and the friendliness and positivity of the gentleman who worked the breakfast area should be noted by Best Western management.

Lobby bathroom needed attention. Apparently it was a very busy travel weekend.
