Good location. Very large room. Could have been a bit cleaner, but not enough to keep us from staying there again. Front desk clerk was very hospitable.

Bed was comfy. Liked the kitchenette. Everything was clean.

Walls are thin. Noises from people walking on floor above and could hear someone elses alarm clock going off. No pool, no breakfast.

Candlewood Suites property are always nice. And the staff not only are nice but seem to like their job. I always feel pampered when I use Candlewood… Alexa was really nice and helpful…

The sheets were damp when we got in our room. But they smelled good. Otherwise the rest of the room smelled quite musty/moldy and the shower had mold in grout lines.

Kitchen area was a bit worn/unkept

Spacious, clean & comfortable. Full kitchen was nice. Nice bath products in shower.

Couldn’t locate ice machine until AM- was in the laundry room on first floor. The ice maker in room freezer didn’t work. Horrible internet- icon showed we were connected & kept getting can’t connect to server Mentioned to front desk and was rudely told it worked.

The size of the room was perfect. We like having a separate living room to the bedroom.

The property was not clean. We pulled out the couch for my son the sleep on the pull out bed and there was all sorts of trash and food under the bed. Also was not happy for the price breakfast was not included.

There was no breakfast. The girl at desk was rude. We requested rooms close together and our kids were put on the first floor and we were put on the 4th floor. We showed the girl at the desk our reservations requesting to have rooms close to one another. She said that we used two different credit cards so she couldn't do it. My kids had two little dogs not even weighing 20 lbs total, but were charged for two dogs. We talked to other people that had big dogs weighing 70 lbs and more and were only charged for one dog. We didn't understand that. Other hotels we stayed at didn't do that.
