Route 66 adventure by 2 New Zealanders

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They allowed us to park our motorbike at the door for security. The room was incredible with separate bedroom for an exceptional rate. Breakfast was great.

Freundliches Personal - Zimmer ok aber unter normalem Hilton Standard

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Zimmerausstattung war super mit kleiner Küche.

Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig - Bett und Bad war top. Küche ausreichend sauber. Oberflächen nur auf ‚show‘ gereinigt: Die Oberflächen, die man sofort gesehen hat beim Reinkommen, waren sauber. Die Oberflächen in den Zimmerecken (z.B. Beistelltisch vom Sofa oder Arbeitsplatz) waren nur mäßig oder gar nicht gereinigt. Alle Zimmer (wir sind einmal umgezogen, weil es so schlimm war) waren rauchbelastet, obwohl das ganze Hotel eigentlich ein Nichtraucherhotel ist. Die Klimaanlage ist direkt aufs Bett gerichtet, sodass man sich nach einer Nacht schon erkälten kann (ist uns passiert).

for me the hand held shower was awesome.

if I had to say something, access to the lobby from the room was a bit far. this is being very nitpicking because I’m a little lazy 😎
