This beautiful home offers dazzling 30a beachfront views from the living room and the balconies. **30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**
* Pool heat max temperature is 82 degrees
* Fee $50 per day / $350 per week
* Heating applies to the entire stay, but can be added after arrival
* Pool heating available for this property from October 1st through May 1st
* If you love this unit, be sure to check out Grayt Reflections East Please note, the East and West units share a balcony that are separated by a gate. Renting both units would give you 8 bedrooms and room for 20 people
* No Cable. Streaming Only
* Please note as of January 1, 2022, HOA prohibits the use of golf carts in the community of Gulf Trace

House was clean inside. Outside patio couches were pretty dirty so we did not use any outside patio area which we were pretty excited about using those. Communication with 30A was perfect. House layout was ok. Lots of stairs. Pool never really did feel 85 like listed it would. This is a duplex home just FYI. We Thought the listing of the property was a little bit deceiving. New construction going up all around this property so we constantly had workers around us. Spring break house next to us also had a party every night with music loud and guys peeing off their own balcony. We couldn’t even watch a movie outside. We rented this for peaceful more private place and felt we did not get this. Beach was the great part of this property as it was more private.

We love this neighborhood and this home was about 6 houses from the beach access, making it perfect! Our view was amazing. Even though we were not right on the water, we could see the ocean from our 2nd story living area. And because we backed up to the state park, we enjoyed the beauty that this afforded! One morning we saw 2 deer eating in the park. The outside area was also perfect for our big family. It included a pool, an outdoor living space with tv, a dining space, a swing and one another sitting area. Will definitely return!

We had the best time! The beach felt almost private, but it is conveniently located to do lots of exploring. Bikes were fun and the beach was breathtaking.
