Come and enjoy this 1,450 square-foot space with panoramic views while relaxing in the living area from a gorgeous day at the world's most beautiful beaches. Then wake up and enjoy the sunrise from the patio just off the master suite.
This 3br 3ba condo that sleeps 8 will be your perfect dream vacation. Sea Dunes overlooks the world's most beautiful beach and offers free beach service from March through October. The condo is located just 3/4 of a mile from the bridge to the west and the pier and boardwalk to the east where you will find great restaurants and things for the kids and a nightlife for adults. Further to the east about 10 to 15 minutes you will come to the Destin bridge with Crab Island to the North and Emerald Grand and Destin Harbor to the south.
The condo has a communal pool and a hot tub. ( Pool not heated from November 10th-February)
The master suite has a Queen bed and an on-suite bath with a jacuzzi tub, stand-up shower, and a double vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a full bathroom, tub, and shower. Bedroom 3 has two double beds and a full bath with a tub and shower and an entrance from the bedroom and hall.
The living area offers a relaxing feel with newly updated furniture that overlooks the Gulf to enjoy the spectacular view. With freshly updated patio furniture you will enjoy watching the spectacular sunsets while enjoying a cold beverage.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you will need to cook and serve breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

I loved this place. You walk out on the balcony and you have a beautiful view of the beach. If you walk to the side of the balcony, you can look over and see the pool. That was nice for us because we could see if our family was at the pool or the beach from the balcony. The kitchen had plenty of different pots. I cooked most of our dinners at the condo and had no issues with needing extra pots, bowls, spoons, etc The three bathrooms off each room was great. The bedroom with the two beds shared the bathroom with an entrance to the hallway. The parking is not a problem. If you have a larger vehicle, the outside parking accommodates the size well. There is parking under the building and a larger vehicle could park there, but it would probably be easier to park the larger vehicle outside. The beach is not crowded. If you walk a few miles down the beach, some buildings have several rows of beach chairs. This building had just one row and maybe a few more chairs behind it. The setup of the living room with the kitchen table and bar stools by the counter made the living area seem very spacious. It accommodated all 7 of us adults well. There are 2 beach chairs in the closet you can bring to the beach. When we first arrived, we couldn't get in because we put in the wrong code. I contacted the owner and the door clicked right open. A condo owner that responded immediately to our issue was much appreciated. We had a wonderful time and I didn't want to leave. We'll be back.

DeWanna was very accommodating and welcoming in her correspondence with us. The condo was over the top. Very well equipped and comfortable. The view was spectacular! The location was perfect. The property was well kept, the elevator was ALWAYS THERE! Thanks too for the carts as they were most helpful getting our things in and out of the condo. Thank you! We hope to come back.
