My Beachfront Penthouse provides affordable luxury. We have a highly desirable end unit with a side window for more light. We are directly on the beach with gulf views that will take your breath away. No roads to cross. Only 30 steps from our Elevator to the emerald green waters of the Gulf or the heated pool.
The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King Bed and a walk-out balcony. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a semi-private bathroom. Our 3rd Bedroom has a Trundle Bed with 2 twin mattresses. Living Room has a Sofa Bed with a comfortable Queen Size Memory Foam Mattress. Sleeps 8 adults.
Amenities:
• Large 55 inch flat screen TV in living room,
• All 3 bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
• Fully equipped kitchen with latest in appliances
• Plenty of bath towels and linens (Bring your beach towels)
• FREE Beach Service with large umbrella and 2 chairs. March – October
• 4 large Beach chairs in the laundry room. They are light weight aluminum.
• Heated pool & poolside hot tub
• Laundry room inside the condo with over-sized Washer & Dryer
• Elevator. Air conditioning and expanded balcony
• High speed wi-fi for internet access. Both 5G and 2G
• 3 outdoor BBQ grills and picnic area.
• Keurig and standard coffee makers
• Blender, toaster and electric griddle, microwave, stove, ice maker, etc.

First time Okaloosa Island visitors and we will most certainly return! The low density complex (24 total units) was exactly what we were looking for. The beach wasn't crowded and the provided chairs prevented a lot of unnecessary lugging of tents, but was an option if needed. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 5. The photos don't do it justice. Living space were ample, kitchen was perfect for our needs for the week.There are many fun (and free) events to attend!

Don was the most responsible and attentive host we have ever had. The condo was thoughtfully set up with every convenience they could offer. The view is wonderful, but being able to walk out of the building onto the beach was the best part of our stay. It made everything easy for our family. The chair rental people were right there by the boardwalk, so having their chars and umbrellas made our July vacation easy.There are some great seafood restaurants and a grocery store a short drive away. The water was great. We were there on July 4th week, so there were lots of folks, but it never felt crowded, the beach is so wide. It was a very family friendly atmosphere. We highly recommend this condo for a summer beach week.
