As you drive down the tree lined street, to this lovely single story 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a private pool, you will feel like you have arrived at your home away from home.
The main large suite has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk in closet.The bathroom as a walk in shower and double vanities.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom which is located in between them and features a bathtub/shower combo.
The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and provides everything needed for those occasions when you want to prepare meals yourself and sit at the dining room table or outside on the patio.
A sparking blue, south facing pool at this home comes with a nice large sun deck complete with loungers and a patio set. There is a safety pool fence for guests with small kids and there are no rear neighbors with a conservation view at the back.
Completing the home, there is a fun games room with a pool table and air hockey table for your enjoyment.
Located on a cul-de-sac, this home is on a very quiet end of the street.
Only a 2-3 minute walk to the main reception and the walk-in community pool.
This home is located in a community with a 24-hour manned gated entrance.
Suitable for families on vacation or a quiet few days away.
Please note:
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

Beautiful property immaculate inside and out. The pool table in the garage made for great evening entertainment. In a perfect location for either coast and of course all the parks! Have stayed at this location before and would definitely be back next time we are visiting Florida.

Loved the gated community, felt very safe. House was perfect size for my family, kids loved the heated pool.

The property was in a nice gated community. House and pool was clean and as advertised. The pool table was a nice addition for the husbands and the air hockey table would have been perfect for the kids, however it did not work. The drains in the main bath sink and shower took forever to drain, but we would definitely recommend this property.
