The apartment - 86 square meters - is on the first floor (19 steps) in a beautiful historic building. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed (with the possibility of a double bed), lounge and dining area, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Completely renovated, it is very bright and the living room windows overlook a beautiful garden.

We had a wonderful time at Donna Mathilde’s. The apartment was spotless clean, beautifully decorated, central but quiet and had everything we could possibly need for a five-day stay. The host was super friendly and welcoming. Our holiday would not have been the same without their hospitality. Whenever we go back to Venice, which we will, we will definitely book Donna Mathilde’s again.

Rosanna was an excellent host, easy to contact and very helpful. The apartment was in a great central location to vaporetti locations and tourist attractions. Definitely great value and family friendly.

The location was great. The host was responsive and always available. The only problem was the description of amenities. Does it have AC? Yes. You just can’t use it. We were told to open windows which we did. Nice breeze and unfortunately tons of mosquitos! I ended up with more than 10 bites on each hand alone. I would stay again but I would take insect repellent. Not the host’s fault. Just be aware,

Lovely apartment in very quiet location overlooking a beautiful garden. It is close to the centre, so easy walking distance to everything. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable and well equipped. Easy communications with host manager Rosanna. Will stay here again.
