Pool furniture (couch area) worn out and old - uncomfortable. Game room was full of junk everywhere and no air or ventilation which made it very hot and totally unusable. Bath towels were old, worn, and mismatched.....seriously....one of the easiest, cheapest things you could do to garner a better experience and review.

This home had everything you could think of needing. The house was layer out perfect for 2 families with kids! The pool was clean and huge patio to hang out. The guys loved that there were fishing pools to fish off the dock in the canal. Thank you! Plan to stay there in the future!

House was clean when we arrived. Everything was pretty much as described on listing. The pool was a little dirty on bottom, could’ve been vacuumed.

Friendly and fast-responding host. Arrival was easy with code, home is beautiful! The kayaks didn’t have great string, and got away, but island rentals to the rescue with a new string and lesson in docking them! Great to chat with and my husband and son received good fishing info! The industrial ice machine was awesome for our days at IMG and the beach. Plenty of towels for the pool and some fun items in the game room. Bradenton and other beaches are so close, just prepare for traffic at certain times. Nearby to gas, stores, and plenty of food options. Just an overall great place to call home for our trip!Thank you!
