The space
Living Room: open-concept living room and kitchen with 14-foot ceilings and historic beadboard walls. Furnished with a comfortable couch and seating for four, perfect for watching the 55" 4K TV with DirectTV.
Kitchen: The renovated kitchen boasts high-end appliances including a 5-burner gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, Haier refrigerator, and Sharp drawer microwave. The large center island with a butcher block countertop and bar seating makes hosting or meal prep a breeze.
Cozy Bedroom: The bedroom, located off the living room, offers ample storage with hanging and shelf space.
Bathroom: spacious bathroom with a large glass shower, rain showerhead, and historic beadboard accents. A washer and dryer are conveniently built into a bathroom cubby with ample shelving.
Comfort and Convenience: Continuous hot water with tankless natural gas heaters and a modern new AC system for year-round comfort.

Semi-Private Porch: Stanton House A is a ground-level apartment with a semi-private porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Convenient Parking: The parking area is located steps away from the front door.
Keyless Entry: Enjoy the convenience of keyless locks programmed to your phone number.

Very clean. Easy to get to and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Hosts were great!

The location was great. The house was modern and up to date. It was an old house; with a great makeover. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars because the hit water in the shower kept going in and out.; also there was a house roach in the bathroom I saw. It could have came from the hallway or upstairs ; but nevertheless it was there with an egg-sack. The porch light on unit A didn't work as well. Those were our only bad experiences ; other than that; it was a great stay. . .

Everything was as expected . Easy walk to the beach and village Kitchen was nicley equipped. We would book again.

The location of the property is great! Beach access right across the street and you canwalk to crabdaddys, crab trap, etc., or even the village if you’re okay with a longer walk. The house is also adorable, quaint (the decor was a little off, not beachy but that is nit picky). I took off two stars because we had no wifi the entire stay, we couldn’t watch a movie or put on a show or anything. When I messaged, they told me someone was coming out, I’m not sure that ever happened….but I do think how the no wifi situation was handled could have been better, especially given that wifi is an amenity that we did not have the entire stay. Lastly, you are basically sharing a house with the other side. All that is separating you is door that seems to be painted shut and I’m sure is locked. We could hear them, and I am sure they could hear us. The upstairs is very creaky, we could hear every step. If you don’t mind potentially not having wifi and being able to hear the guests staying on the other side, then book it!
