Overall great trip and condo. Onsite indoor and outdoor pools and restaurants were good as well. Parking was not an issue. Check-in and check out were a breeze. Will most likely return next year. Only negative feedback would be our experience trying to book one of the very few cabanas by the splash pad to accommodate our special needs grandson. Conflicting and confusing information provided by the onsite management team there. They wouldn't allow pre booking the cabanas and told us to come back each day. Once we did that we found out that they allowed others to pre book and. They were unavailable.

Great property, grandkids loved the water park and being oceanfront. Aside from a 30min later than promised check in, great communication from owners and super fast response to another small issue. Would def stay again! Thank you for hosting a great family vaca!

Our room was very clean but the room did need to be updated. Our kids loved the indoor pool areas and the closeness of the beach.

We booked last minute due to a reservation disaster with another property. The property is very much as advertised. Very accommodating, clean, with great view. Master bedroom has amazing view. Waterpark is awesome for hotel. The “Sargent Carter” directing traffic in/out only makes situation worse. He needs to chill! The waterpark atmosphere changes dramatically as evening approaches to a wilder, rowdier crowd.
