In the event of the mandatory evacuation order for our area, full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. NO REFUNDS due to weather or anything out of our control. This is our family condo/business and while we understand that things happen in life that catch us off-guard, no exceptions to our refund policy will be considered. We HIGHLY encourage you to consider purchasing trip protection insurance at checkout if you are concerned about the possibility of a last-minute emergency changing your travel plans.
Also, no parties, groups or events are allowed in our condo. Breaking this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property with no refund of any monies paid. Again, this is our family condo and we ask that you respect it so that you and others can enjoy it.
Please note: There is a $500 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking, vaping, or pets inside the condo. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in our condo and our resort. Per resort requirements, you must be 21 to book.

We absolutely loved this place. We weren’t too far from the Boardwalk and loved not being so congested with tons of people. We traveled with 6 kids and 4 adults and having the two pools, and two waterparks was the absolute best. Not only that, the resort was on the beach but it offered something daily for the kids, a restaurant on site and out door bar. The rooms in our place were very spacious and big and we loved having our own washer and dryer. The owner was very helpful! I would deff check this place out. We are already looking to rebook!

We loved this condo. We stayed as 6 adults and 4 children under 5 years old. Hosts were quick to respond with questions. The views of the beach from the 12th floor couldn’t be beat. It was helpful the condo provided some beach chairs as well. We really enjoyed having the indoor and outdoor pool access. Condo is very conveniently located close to restaurants and attractions. We would stay here again!

The space was big enough for our 7 person party. We had children age ranging from 7-18 plus three adults. We were all able to find our own space and enjoy the outdoor activities. The location was in close proximity to all of the Myrtle Beach highlights. Ron was responsive to the questions I had and made sure we had arrived and didn’t have any issues with check in. We would book again!

I had an absolutely amazing stay with my 5 young kids! The place was clean, the hosts were so communicative, check in and check out was a breeze! We will definitely be back!
