- Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued.
Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 for the entire stay
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep a clean home.
• HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.

It was overall amazing. The only issue was the Wi-Fi but we had that fixed as well in no time.

Overall the home was stunning and spacious. However, a few important aspects were overlooked.
1. The home had a few roaches in the kitchen, bathroom, and I saw one crawling on the couch.
2. We kept losing power in the game room.
3. The jets weren't working in the jacuzzi.
4. In the dining area, the legs on 2 chairs were broken, the bottom dresser drawer was broken in the spider man room, and the toilet tissue holder was loose in the main bathroom on the first floor.
