This condo is in a great location. Easy to get to, easy parking, great location on the first floor. Beach access is great. Pool is on the smaller side, but my girls still loved it. Laundry isn’t in unit but shared and was accessible and open the couple times I needed to use it. I was worried noise would be an issue on the first floor, but it really wasn’t bad. Hall bunks are very small and would only be suitable for very small children. Would not recommend sofabed for adults, but worked just fine for my girls. We ended up using the hall bunks to store blankets and pillows used for sofabed. Condo was exactly as pictured and described. The best part is definitely the location and beach access!

We had a great stay in Hilton Head. The rental was exactly as described and very clean. We enjoyed the pool, easy beach access, and walkability.

Getting in was real problem. TV was a problem all the time. Beach chairs were just ok. Few other minor things
