Springs 8864 gives families the two things they want most in Keystone: a pool the kids can see from the balcony and a gondola they can walk to in five minutes.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- 5-minute walk to the River Run Gondola
- Queen bed plus a sofa sleeper
- Balcony overlooking the pool courtyard and slopes
- Outdoor pool, shared hot tubs, and steam room
- Game room with pool table
- EV charging in the garage

This warm, rustic-styled condo hosts up to four - parents in the bedroom with its timber bed and private TV, kids on the sofa sleeper steps from the fireplace. The hand-crafted dining table seats the family for four, and the kitchen's stainless appliances and granite counters make short work of breakfast before first tracks.

The balcony is the family lookout: pool courtyard below, ski slopes beyond, and evening alpenglow on the peaks. When the ski legs give out, the complex takes over - an outdoor pool, shared hot tubs, a steam room, a kids' room with toys, and a game room where the pool table settles all sibling disputes.

Mornings could not be simpler: grab gear from ski storage, walk about five minutes, and load the River Run Gondola together. Less driving, more skiing, happier kids. Book Springs 8864 and make your Keystone family trip the easy kind.

There is space for one vehicle in the shared parking garage, and a parking permit is provided in your unit upon arrival.
