Springs 8806 is a sweet little basecamp for a small family or two friends skiing Keystone - a warm condo with a forest-side patio, six minutes on foot from the River Run Gondola.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- 6-minute walk to the River Run Gondola

- Private patio right at the tree line
- Outdoor pool, hot tubs & game room with pool table
- Gas fireplace for cocoa nights

Little skiers, big memories: that's the rhythm here. Mornings mean breakfast at the granite island, a short walk to the gondola, and first tracks together. Afternoons bring the group back to the fireplace, where the TV above the mantel runs cartoons or ski flicks while dinner simmers in the full kitchen.

Parents get the bedroom with its attached bath; kids camp happily on the sofa sleeper, with toys and books already waiting. The patio is your private slice of forest - watch snow pile on the evergreens with a mug in hand.

When energy runs high, hit the game room's pool table, the outdoor pool, or the hot tubs; the steam room saves the grown-ups' legs for tomorrow. Book Springs 8806 and give your family the easiest week of the winter.

The condo includes one shared-garage parking space; place the permit provided in the unit in your vehicle after check-in.
