This fully updated unit features 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs with the main living area and a half bath on the first floor. Each unit has a private outdoor space.
We`re adventurers at heart and encourage our guests to explore all that St. Augustine Beach has to offer all within less than a mile!! From world-class surf lessons and yoga/pilates to secret beaches and state park hikes, there are endless activities - both relaxing and immersive. Some of our favorites: Take or schedule a group class at Core Pilates, Rent a bicycle from Drifters, Spa Treatments at Panache, Surf Lessons, shopping at Rochelle`s boutique, Grab the Mana Kea Acai bowl at Big Island Bowls, Pickup a charcuterie board from Tom’s on your way to a concert at the Amphitheatre. Zip line over gators or visit the Lemurs at the Alligator Farm, Climb the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Surf or Fish off the Pier, For breakfast, enjoy a Bacon Egg and Cheese on an everything bagel at Island Donuts. For the COLDEST beer on the beach, go to Sunset Grille. Order the House Salad and the Gypsy Chicken at Gypsy Cab. Get a Citrus Basil Martini at Blackfly and the TUNA! We had a great stay…walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a surf shop. There was good on-site parking and easy access to the main roads. I really appreciate that the fridge had a water dispenser and ice maker, and there was a Keurig coffeemaker.Some kind of shelving in the shower and hooks for towels would be good to consider, but otherwise the place was very clean and comfortable.

We found 2 live cockroach in the master bedroom.A dead Hornet in window. FYI. Make sure you put more trash bags for the tenants and extra toilet paper also. Everything else was good.

Interior property was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen appliances and clothes washer good. Communication with property manager was substandard. Encountered material problems that necessitated direct prompt response and effective telephone communication, not reliance upon email. Primary living room television broken and property manager follow up was completely ineffective. Property chosen because of the outdoor space and advertised photos that were deceiving and taken long ago; exterior furniture covered in mold and algae, propane fire table not functional/ broken, plastic outdoor storage trunk with broken lid and full of rusted beach toys and trash. Bedrooms clean but no luggage rack or ability to hang clothes, no shelves or hooks in closets; damp towels hung over doors or on beds. We had to operate from suitcases on the floor. No soap/shampoo trays in showers. This could be a great rental with a few adjustments and adequate property management which did not exist.
